Robert Hayes gave this testimony to the United States Atomic Energy Commission after Officer James Whitmore was found dead with completely black eyes. Seven security officers reported identical sightings. Twenty-seven shadow people walked toward ground zero and vanished. This creepy true story remains classified and unexplained.
