Armon Wiggins has filed a civil harassment restraining order against Donat Ricketts, alleging a pattern of threats and online harassment dating back to 2023.

According to the filing, Wiggins cites:
• An alleged bathroom confrontation at a Miami courthouse on Nov. 26, where a judge reportedly paused proceedings after learning of a threat.
• Multiple late-November social media posts he says were directed at him, including statements interpreted as challenges to fight and declarations of attending future court hearings where he works.

Wiggins is requesting personal-conduct and stay-away orders, including a 100-yard buffer and a ban on electronic contact. A hearing date will be set by the court.
