🇲🇽 CANCUN, MEXICO - Ok amigos it's time for a bonus video from my 10 part 2020 Mexico Travel series. A number of you have asked me to tell the story of my calamitous journey back to Europe from Cancun, Mexico, so here it is!

I booked a direct flight with Tui from Cancun to London Gatwick after travelling from Mexico City; my final destination being Riga, Latvia. It wasn't plain sailing! (or should I say PLANE sailing!). Tui promised me the flight was operating, only to find, guess what, that it wasn't. The was only the start of the chaos!

Obviously, travelling to and from Mexico or any country during a pandemic can be a bit of a nightmare and of course, airlines are under an immense amount of pressure. However there's no excuse for blatantly lying to a paying customer. If you're thinking about travelling to Cancun Mexico either on a one-way flight (as in my case) or for an all-inclusive vacation at one of Cancun's many resorts this year or in the new year, this video could be a word of warning!

Also, this is a rather straight-talking and mouthy video. If you don't understand British humour, turn off now!
