White Chocolate Chex Mix

This White Chocolate Chex Mix is an amazing treat, party snack, or gift! I incorporated spring colors for a festive touch—perfect for an Easter basket. You can easily double this recipe for even more delicious mix. Feel free to change up the cereals you choose, too! Have fun!

White Chocolate Chex Mix
3 c. rice cereal
1 c. cheerios
1 c. pretzel twists
1 c. M&Ms
12 oz. white chocolate chips
sprinkles

Combine the cereals, pretzels, and M&Ms in a large mixing bowl, stirring to evenly distribute the ingredients. In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between with a spatula. Pour the melted chocolate over the dry mix and stir to coat. Spread in an even layer onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Top with sprinkles. Allow to dry for about an hour. Break apart into chunks. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
