To complete this side mission, you must extinguish 60 fires, 20 on each island. They do not need to be done consecutively. It's highly recommended that you extinguish 20 fires in Portland Island before completing the mission "Last Requests" for Salvatore Leone, because the mafia can make this side mission incredibly difficult later on.

Shoreside Vale Fires: 23:37

Reward: Flamethrower will be delivered to all Hideouts.
