During my A Path Beyond days i have become well known for a specific playstyle, utilizing Siege units such as V2 Launcher and Mobile Artillery to primarly aid in base defense, after which i could join a push and support the ongoing assault from second line. The very same playstyle ended up being one of my favourites when playing as Soviets in Apocalypse Rising, primarly due to two additional systems - Pings and Minimap access. You can see me very often pinging my targets to check for distance between me and enemy, memorizing the max range of V2 being 180-190 meters.

Minimap is another very important tool that players have access too and sole reason for which Radar/AFCHQ must be defended at all costs. Being able to see locations of enemies around you is a great help, as you will rarely be ambushed - it also allows you to prepare for incoming enemy attacks, since you know number of troops in opposite force and their bearing.
