How do you hang wood panel art? The method for hanging wood panel art can vary based upon the type of panel used. If the panel is cradled, it can be hung using a couple of screws, suitable for the weight of the panel, anchored into the wall. Various hooks and loops may be purchased for anchoring on the back of a panel. If the artwork is done on a panel of sufficient depth, and you want it to hang flush with the wall, you can use a router to cut a slot or two into the back of your panel wide and deep enough for the head of the screws or nails you will use to anchor it.
