Two thousand prisoners at the  Murchison Bay prison in Luzira now have access to a resource Centre for Information Communication Technologies, ICT - provided by MTN Uganda. Florence Naluyimba  tells  us how this could change of the lives  of many facing  long prison sentences  but with a chance  to turn a new page.
