Скачать или смотреть How to install Android Studio in Ubuntu 20.04 and above

I will list the steps in description box as well :
Download Android Studio from their official website
Open terminal
If you are a single user then type "cd /usr/local", if there are multiple users then type "cd /opt" (removing double quotes) and hit enter!
type sudo tar -xvzf [PATH_OF_ANDROID_STUDIO] (Replace the square brackets with the path of downloaded Android Studio file and remove square brackets as well) hit enter!
Once process is done, enter "cd android-studio/bin" (Removing double quotes)

Type "./studio.sh" to launch Android Studio Startup setup
Keep clicking next and choose the options as you desire!
Once its finished, there will be a "Configure" button visible in most
bottom-right of the Android Studio Setup box, Click on it
Choose "Create Desktop Entry" and check the "Create entry for all users" box
Click Ok, type in your password when prompted and then click on "Authenticate"

Close the currently running Android Studio and relaunch it
