Testing Fast Food for Chemical Makeup

In this video I demonstrate four ways to test for four different chemicals that comprise the vast majority of the food we eat. This type of analysis is strictly qualitative, telling the analyst simply whether or not the compound is present.
I thought fast food would be a cheap and interesting candidate.
