Der Gottesdienst am 30. Oktober 2022 hat Worte aus dem "Hohenlied Salomos (8, 6b-7)" im Alten Testament als Predigttext - Worte, die dem König Salomo zugeschrieben werden. Hier hören wir die Botschaft: "Die Liebe ist stark wie der Tod". Was hier in einem erotischen Kontext seinen Ursprung hat, hat auch und gerade im Bezug auf den Gott, der uns in Jesus Christus begegnet, seine Gültigkeit. In der Predigt werden auch (am Tag vor dem Reformationsfest) Luthers Worte von der Liebe Gottes in seinen Thesen zur Heidelberger Disputation von 1518 (These 28) zum Besten gegeben: "Gottes Liebe findet nicht vor, was sie für liebenswert hält, sondern sie schafft es erst. .... darum sind Sünder zum Beispeil schön, weil sie geliebt werden, aber sie werden nicht geliebt, weil sie schön sind", usw. Am Reformationstag wird ein regionaler Gottesdienst in Warnkenhagen gefeiert.

The worship service on October 30th, 2022 had a sermon text from the "Song of Solomon" (8: 6b-7) where we hear the beautiful message: "Love is strong like death". These words which originated in an erotic context also and especially are valid in light of the God who encounters us in Jesus Christ. In this sermon (one day before Reformation Day) words from Martin Luther about God's love in Jesus Christ also find their appropriate place. He wrote in his theses for the "Heidelberg Dispute" in 1518 (Thesis 28): "God's love doesn't find its object at hand - it first creates it. His love loves sinners, the evil, the foolish, the sick and makes them saints, good, wise and strong. It is the love of the cross, born from the cross ... therefore, sinners are beautiful, because they are loved, but they are not loved, because they are beautiful. Human love on the other hand loves what it considers loveable and is therefore influenced by the person, by their power, rank, looks, etc." On Reformation Day the local congregations will be gathering for a regional worship service in the village of Warnkenhagen.
