I remember a while back Clayton had put out a short with a snippet of this song and I was just blown away by the creativity and the sheer power of it. In an oversaturated genre, Clayton really goes above and beyond with originality and bone-crushing rhythms, guitar leads and energy. I always look forward to the days where he drops a new song, as I know my creative juices will start flowing and I get a chance to try to write some vocals for another incredible song.

From what I know and could find, an Espada is Spanish for sword. The overall classical guitar themes of the song (and my Italian heritage) gave me the idea to do some lyrics in latin, to stick with the romance languages. I imagine that this would be the battle cry of those throughout history that have tried their hand at gaining freedom from corruption.
