**The way I get the notifications to pop up when someone is having a baby comes from a mod called MC Command Center (https://deaderpool-mccc.com/#/) Use a computer to access MC Command Center - MC Pregnancy - Other Pregnancy... - Pause on Playable Labor (make sure it's enabled).
