This video covers all the essential basics of healing Pokémon in Pokémon Sleep and is overall meant for newer players of the game. In the video I go over several important basic concepts in Pokémon Sleep, such as energy levels, production and main skill seed shortage, and long-term strategy. I also present a practical strategy for acquiring your first healer Pokémon.
