This Crispy ULO is one of the best and most mouth-watering I've tasted during my entire food tour in Manila. For me, this is top-notch street food. When I peel the meat, it reminds me of the texture of Cebu's Lechon. If we're talking about Cebu's Lechon, the taste is superb. So, this Crispy ULO is extremely top-grade.
And also, their native kitchen, the way they put their heart and soul into it and produce this crispy skin and so tender crispy pork head, and the flavor is mind-blowing. If I rate this Crispy Ulo, it's a simple 5-star, and no doubt about it.
