Rusty Antique Kitchen Scale - Restoration

In this video I am restoring an antique kitchen scale. I bought this kitchen scale from Flea Market.

The plate of the kitchen scale is very rusted. I dipped the plate in vinegar to remove the rust from the plate. I then began to disassemble all the parts of the kitchen scale.After all the scale parts were separated I used paint remover to remove the paint.After that, clean all parts of the scale with a wire brush. Casting marks on many parts of the scale have been removed. The original paint of the scale was blue but I didn't like the blue paint on this scale so I painted it black and pearl gold.After restoring all parts of the scale, now take the plate out of the vinegar And washed with water but there was still a lot of rust on the plate. I used acid to remove the deep rust.After that there were some dents in the plate, removed the dents and blue the plate with cold bluing solution.After restoring all the parts of the kitchen scale, assembled the kitchen scale.
