Different generations have different values and perspectives based on how historical events and population changes shaped their experiences.

🧠 Baby Boomers (post-war generation born in 1946-1964): Don’t often acknowledge psychological pain and are more comfortable expressing pain by bodily complaints and aches.

💰Generation X (capitalist and competitive generation born in 1965-1980): often worship materialistic things and consume things in excess. Gen X more readily embrace spa retreats and high intensity workouts over therapy. They define happiness with material items.

💻 Millennials (raised during the age of the internet, born in 1981-1996): have a search for never ending knowledge and often challenge the status quo. They started to question the previous generations materialistic values and were instead in pursuit of truth and wisdom.

📱Generation Z (digital natives born 1997-2012): were born with smart phones and thrive in social networks. They are the most open about mental health issues and often find happiness when there community is happy.
