How to LET IT GO | Why decluttering is so hard | Minimalism for Beginners

Even when we are feeling overwhelmed by our clutter, it can still be very difficult to LET IT GO! In today's video, I outline the 5 main reasons WHY!

Clutter comes in all forms, and some are easier to eliminate from our lives than others. Most of us can clearly get rid of trash or items that are broken; But there are 5 main categories that can give us major decluttering struggles!

In our journey toward a more simple, minimal lifestyle, we have been confronted with all five! Each requires its own way of looking at it, in order to be able to let it go.

Remember, many of the principles of minimalism come back to a mindset shift, and recognizing how to move your life forward in the positive direction that YOU want it to go.
