XCOM: Enemy Unknown continues and we suffer a most terrible loss indeed.

We're called upon to deal with an intact UFO that has landed in Canada, where we are in the beautiful Canadian wilderness, and then we choose to look into reports of alien abductions in Mexico which takes us to a bridge filled with cars.

Our research produces us our very first laser weapon, which looks wonderful, so we immediately equip one and give it a go, with excellent results.

Our base also benefits from some extra power and we get some XCOM moneys so we're able to construct some new things.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown will place you in control of a secret paramilitary organization called XCOM. As the XCOM commander, you will defend against a terrifying global alien invasion by managing resources, advancing technologies, and overseeing combat strategies and individual unit tactics.
