In this video , the following points are addressed:
✅ Scrum Model is an Agile Framework.
✅ Scrum Model is very flexible to meet the often changing needs of the customers while designing the software product.
✅ This Model build the software product feature by feature. The complete software is not developed in one go due to frequent change in customer requirements.
✅ The highly prioritized features are developed first.
✅ The entire software system is designed in multiple iterations.
✅ One Iteration contain set of features to be developed in that iteration.
✅ When one iteration is complete, submit the product to customer and when customer is satisfied with the features present in the iteration then, start work on the next iteration.
✅ This process is continued until the complete software is developed.
✅ The following terms are discussed in the video:
✅ Product Backlog
✅ Sprint Planning
✅ Sprint Backlog
✅ Scrum Team
