Aloo Sandwich with Green chutney (IN HINDI) आलू सैंडविच के साथ हरी चटनी (हिंदी में)

Spicy Aloo Sandwich is a simple but flavorful dish that may be served for breakfast or as a late-night snack. This Aloo Masala sandwich with a beautiful touch of cheese, inspired by Indian cuisine, is sure to blow your mind. Serve with fried potatoes and ketchup on the side.


Aloo sandwich recipe
Ingredients
===========
Bread
butter or ghee
2 table spoon tomato ketchup
2 table spoon chilly flakes


Ingredients for filling
=======================
1 table spoon oil
1 tea spoon soonf
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 finely chopped onions
2 finely chopped green chilly
2 tablespoon green peas (optional)
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon chilly flakes
6/7 boiled potatoes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt
chopped green coriander


Ingredients for Green Chutney
=============================
3-4 green chilies
2-3 garlic
1 small piece ginger
1 tablespoon roasted peanut
1 tablespoon namkeen
100 grams coriander leaves
25 grams mint leaves
1 teaspoon chat masala
salt
1 teaspoon black salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice




Recipe
======
1. In a oil, add 1 table spoon oil

2. Add tea spoon soonf, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.

3. Add chopped onion. Don't cook onion much.

4. Add green chilly.

5. Add green peas and mix well.

6. Add grated ginder.

7. Add black pepper powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,
chilly flakes and salt as per taste.

8. Now add crushed potatoes and mix well.

9. Turn off the stove and add lemon juice and coriander leaves.

10. Now, in a grinding jar add green chilies, garlic, ginger, peanuts
namkeen, chat masala, black salt, salt, lemon juice, coriander and mint leaves and grind well.

11. Grind the chutney.

12. In a small bowl, add 2 table spoon tomato ketchup and chilly flakes.

13. Take 1 slice of bread and apply the ketchup.

14. On another slice, apply green chutney.

15. Add the potato filling and make the sandwich.

16. On a flat pan, apply butter and bake the sandwich from both the sides.

17. Sandwich is ready to serve.
