If you’re going to be cooking in a Dutch oven with live coals being hardwood or hardwood lump charcoal you’ll eventually need a trivet. A Dutch oven trivet will help you regulate your heat better. Depending on what you’re cooking I like to use two different sized Dutch oven trivets. In this video I’ll briefly explain the two sizes and show y’all the style we like to cook with.
