Follow these simple steps:
1) First of all update your Instagram.
2) Open the phone's settings and then tap on apps and notifications.
3) Next tap on storage and then clear cache.
4) Now following the method, open Instagram and then tap on profile.
5) Next tap on the trio bar icon and then tap on settings.
6) Next tap on help, and then tap on the report so once again tap report a problem.
7) Now send a feedback what's not working for eg: The avatar option is not available on my device.
8) Now after you finish entering then tap on submit.
9) Now all you have to do is wait patiently for them to look into your matter.
