I CHALLENGE you to find the positive in every situation even when you FAIL to take on a legendary 32-oz Steak Club Challenge at SANTA FE CATTLE CO! I still enjoyed a good steak lunch and check out all the funny signs they have as décor!

The contest no longer exists apparently but used to consist of the steak and two sides and the prize was a T-shirt, a photo on the wall of fame, and a card good for 10 % off meals there for a year. Years ago I did complete the challenge in record time but sadly it was not to happen again due to higher meat prices and the struggling economy they said...
