Delivery of a new Frigoscandia JBT-FF-M3-R-ADF Flow Freezer complete with GEA/Grasso ammonia freezing installation with a freezing capacity of 7.500kg/h.
Mid 2019, Comron International received the order from a company in Morocco that is active in fruit and vegetable products for a delivery of new Frigoscandia JBT-FF-M3-R-ADF Flow Freezer with LVS system (Low Volume System for low ammonia content with higher efficiency evaporator blocks that do not require ammonia liquid pumps). New GEA/Grasso two-stages freezing package type SP2XAE-6B (R) 638kW at -40°C/+35°C and new GEA/Grasso single unit type VR-V48S-28 333kW at -40°C/+35°C coupled to a Baltimore evaporating condenser type CXV 396.
Control box for this installation is built by Comron International with new Siemens S7 S1200/Simatic touchscreen. The complete engineering and delivery of the E-schemes, P&ID drawings and custom-made software for the entire control system are also provided by Comron International.
Installation was put into operation at the beginning of 2020.
The photos show how the Flow Freezer and Ammonia Freezer installation are built at the customer with a local contractor under supervision Comron International.
Installation was successfully started in October 2020 after customer satisfaction.
