First of all. I had NO idea what this song was going to be about. Then I started listening, and it sounded like your average love song about a breakup or whatever. I was CHOCKED when I understood the meaning of the lyrics. When she dropped that glass of wine, and threw up blood in the sink, it hit me straight in the face. That is SO SAD and my heart is broken.
