Part one of this two part analysis covers what was the Taiping Rebellion. Here I cover the complex yet fascinating context behind the Qing dynasty and their eventual civil war under the Taiping's leader: Hong Xiuquan. While I don't explicitly say why this is evil, I know the problems behind the rebellion are readily obvious and I put it up to you the viewer to decide the morality.

Disclaimer: I know I produced "Qing" in "Qing Dynasty" incorrectly throughout the video. It is suppose to be pronounced as "ching" as oppose to "king", but I say "king" simply because it's easier to say and sounds cooler. I apologize to any Chinese views who may take offense to that. Also I think there was some lag during the rendering because some edits are off and I was slightly sick in the last recording so my voice was off likewise.
