Lily Munster Makeup Tutorial
Quick notes:
You need to start off by combining 3 cream makeup colors(Green, White, And Blue) People often assume Lily is pale white because you don't see her in color, or they think she is a flat green. She is actually more of a minty green color (Think mint and chip ice cream or a pastel turquoise)
Apply blended colors on face neck (and hands if desired)
For the eyebrows you can completely cover them up or just apply cream makeup over them. Draw arch above and outward, they need to be much higher than a natural eyebrow.
For her cheeks use the same green-ish eye shadow you used on your eyes and apply on cheek bones. Be sure to make them appear sunken in, she is undead you know ;) I added a pearl shimmer to accentuate the cheek structure and highlight the cheek bones immensely.

Bella Pierre Mineral Shadow in Ocean (light blue applied to brow bone)
Freeze (Electric blue applied all over lid)
NYC Liquid eyeliner in black
NYX white eye shadow pencil for inside of waterline
Maybelline's "Falsies" Mascara
Joe Blasco's Hi-Tone Intensifier in "Pearl White" (applied on cheek bones for highlight)
L'Oreal lipstick in "British Red" (you need a really bright red)
