This session will describe the role of the RCO as a complement to existing Army cyber programs, with focus on applying innovative and disruptive technology to critical Army warfighter needs and priorities. The session will be part RCO orientation and part solicitation for ideas. He and other subject matter experts will be available for informal face-to-face discussions immediately following formal remarks.
