[RotMG] making a private server. (#1)

Hi, this is going to be a part 1 of many. The goal is to get somebody who has no idea about making games comfortable with working on their own private server. That, or get someone who's already knowledgeable in terms of coding familiar enough where they can become better than me at making servers.
