Welcome to the wonderful world of partner dancing with the 1930s partnered Charlestons. The 1930s Charleston evolved out of the 1920s Charleston as it got incorporated into the Lindy Hop and Swing Music, and here you'll learn some of the basic patterns! Being able to communicate with another dancer and create something together in the dance is one of the most amazing things and reasons why I started doing this over 2 decades ago.


Enjoy learning how to dance the 1930s Charleston with a partner taught by the amazing Jazz Inc teachers Farizan Abubakar and Afiq Yusoff! We filmed this in lieu of our 13th Anniversary Celebration weekend due to the pandemic.
