Which is BETTER Scope Charger vs No Scope in Splatoon 3

In Splatoon 3 which is better? Scope Chargers or no scope Chargers?
There are plenty of things that make these two types of chargers different when it comes to sniping but just how much can you play style change by not having or having a scope?
This only applies to two weapon that being the Splat Charger and E-Liter 4k.
