Komani Lake, Albania, is a long, sinuous "lake", created to store water for the generation of hydroelectricity, A long thin lake, it passes through rugged and beautiful terrain, in the foothills of the Albanian Alps. A few families live in this remote area, and there are ferries which provide them with transport. This video follows a ferry from it's upstream mooring, to the small "port" at the dam wall downstream.
