Findings reveal a high prevalence of potentially targetable mutations, with notable mutual exclusivity patterns, and frequent copy number alterations. These results emphasize the biological complexity of MPBC and support the pursuit of precision-targeted therapies to improve outcomes in this rare and aggressive breast cancer subtype. This interview took place at American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2025 in Chicago, IL.
