Stephanía Sofía Vázquez Stegman (b. Asunción, Paraguay, 1992) is a Paraguayan model and beauty queen, winner of the Miss Supranational 2015 title in Poland.1​

Additionally, Vázquez also won the title of Miss International Paraguay 2011, represented Paraguay at Miss International 2011, and was second finalist in the Reina Hispanoamericana 2012 pageant.

At the age of 12, she was discovered in the waiting room of a sanatorium by Paola Hermann, a long-time model and owner of one of the best agencies in the country. Since that day, Stegman's career was on the rise, until she became one of the most internationally recognized Paraguayan models.

In 2011, Stegman decided to apply for the pre-selection casting for that year's Miss Universe Paraguay, remaining among the 18 official candidates for this pageant.

On June 23 of this year, the final gala of this event takes place with the election of four queens who would represent Paraguay in international competitions (Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International and Miss Earth), where Stegman was named Miss International. Paraguay.

After having won the title of Miss International Paraguay, Stephanía traveled to China to participate in the 51st edition of Miss International. On the final night, the Ecuadorian Fernanda Cornejo was the winner, however Stephanía did not qualify.

Stegman was appointed by Promociones Gloria to represent her country in the Reina Hispanoamericana 2012 contest held in the Bolivian city of Santa Cruz.4​

On October 25, 2012, the final gala of this event was held, where Stephanía was the second finalist, she also obtained the title of Miss Photogenic and Amazon Girl.

In 2015, Paraguay decided to send Stephanía as its representative to that year's Miss Supranational. The event took place on December 4 in the city of Krynica-Zdrój in Poland where Stephanía managed to be crowned Miss Supranational 2015.1 During her reign Stephanía managed to travel to multiple countries, including Poland, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, France, the United States. United States, Burma and India.
