Antoine Sims, a 24-year-old murder suspect wanted in Georgia, was arrested after calling 911 to complain about cold fries at a McDonald’s in Kennesaw. The situation escalated when both Sims and the restaurant management contacted police over a dispute about the food. Upon arrival, officers discovered Sims had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court for a 2018 homicide case in which he was charged with felony murder.

During the incident, Sims became upset over the delay and temperature of his order. He requested new fries but ended up arguing with the staff, who then asked him to leave. When police arrived, they informed Sims he was banned from the location and asked for his information, which made him visibly nervous. As officers attempted to detain him, Sims fled the scene, prompting a foot chase.

Police later found him at an apartment complex, where he reportedly tried to break into a third-floor unit. He was apprehended after being stunned with a taser. Sims was taken to a hospital and later jailed. In addition to the outstanding warrant, he now faces charges including obstruction, criminal trespass, and drug possession after officers found 31 grams of marijuana in his fiancée’s vehicle.
