Today, I want to show you our workhorse – the 8-1 Beer Canning Machine – in action. We built this machine with one simple goal: to protect the flavor of your beer by keeping oxygen out.

In this video, you'll see the entire process:

Can Infeed – Smooth and reliable.

CO₂ "Double Protection" – First, we pre-purge the can. Then, right before filling, we give it a second CO₂ flush to kick out virtually all the air inside. This is key.

Isobaric Filling – Fills your beer gently with minimal foaming.

CO₂ Tunnel & Under-Lid Gassing – Even after filling, the can is shrouded in CO₂ until the very moment the lid is sealed. We give it one final shot of gas under the lid for an extra layer of protection.

The result? We consistently achieve an oxygen pickup of less than 30 parts per billion (ppb). That means your beer tastes exactly how you brewed it, for longer.

And here’s a smart feature we’re really proud of: Watch closely at the sealer. It has a vision system that checks every single can. If a can arrives without a lid, the machine intelligently skips it and moves on to the next one. No wasted product, no messy cleanups, no downtime. It just keeps running smoothly.
