CARIBBEAN COCONUT CURRY CRAB RECIPE

Hey guys I just wanted to share this highly requested curry crab video with you guys. As always the recipe is very easy to follow. Ingredients List

1kg sea crab (can use crab of choice)
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 heaping tbs green seasoning
1/2 tsp complete seasoning (can use all purpose or Adobo)
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 Medium Onion chopped
4 sprigs of thyme
1 seasoning people
Scotch bonnet pepper for extra flavour (optional)
3 spring onions chopped
1/4 red and yellow bell pepper chopped
I handful Parsley chopped
1 inch ginger sliced (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil (can use vegetable)
1 tbs West Indian curry powder (can use curry powder of choice)
1 tsp tumeric
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp Seafood seasoning (can use one of choice)
Chopped parsley to garnish (optional)
