Re: Chapter One: "The Haunting of Julian House" - Here are excellent scans in full detail of the cache of old papers hidden behind the spooky/possessed ancient mirror in The Dark Hall. Except for the cryptic suspected suicide note, logistics preventing printing each one of these old items in the book. Amazing they allowed a full catalog description but now these documents spoken of can be seen/examined for yourself.
For those unfamiliar with the context, in short (as it triggered a series of paranormal events): old mirror in The Dark Hall of Julian House, an abandoned dogleg of original 1880s cabin off the kitchen leading to 3 equally-disused and creepy ancient rooms. The little "L"-shaped hall was used as a place for washer/dryer by others but I had none and w/heavy atmosphere incl original handhewn log walls (w/1892 newspaper "pioneer insulation" still clinging!), this self-described Dark Hall was shunned.
Esp creepy was old but plain spooky mirror jammed up on a shelf decades ago against original log walls. Owner and several others saw glowing lights flying about inside w/o any outside source. This and same stunning audio events just witnessed myself had made the owner bring in a Native American shaman for a sage ceremony that seemed to quiet spirits for about a year. Finding myself stumbling into same stuff, I wanted to monitor this mirror... but sure as heck wasn't entering Dark Hall at night. Needed to bring into kitchen. Major effort to slice, pound and pry out mirror to have these documents fall out and fuel the rest of the story. Couple omitted: I don't believe I scanned the Shu-Sole ad mentioned but have found original in meantime AND just today found my damn scanner software disc to improve things tremendously across the channel. Nor the big mine map (unless a fragment; vid processing as I type this). Hanging on wall behind me and on needs posting for the record; on list.
