🌍 EXPORT FROM RUSSIA:
✅ WHEAT FLOUR (TOP GRADE, FIRST GRADE, SECOND GRADE, TU).
✅ Wheat bran (flakes, granulated).
✅ KRASNODAR RICE.
✅ SUGAR FROM BEETS.
✅ REFINED/UNREFINED SUNFLOWER OIL. (a bottle of 0.8 L., 0.9 L., 1 L., 5 L., in bulk).

✅ SHIPPING BY SEA, TRUCKS, RAILWAY WAGONS: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, DAP.

✅ The Buyer issues a Letter of Credit (irrevocable, fillable, divided into 10/70/20), LC RED, in favor of the Seller.
✅ Cashless transfers TT (10/70/20) are carried out according to the same scheme.
✅ The Legal Department is preparing an export contract.
✅ The currency of sale is the US DOLLAR. The settlement currency is the Russian ruble. ✅ Currency conversion at the time of payment is carried out at the expense of the Buyer, based on the invoice issued by the Seller, at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
✅ The disclosure of the LC RED 10/70/20 letter of credit for the total volume of raw materials is as follows:
A) 10% of the total cost of each shipment, based on the delivered contract - for foreign economic activity: STATEMENT OF BANK CONTROL UNDER THE CONTRACT.
B) 70% of the total cost of the lot. Based on: SHIPPING DOCUMENTS. The payment goes directly to the Manufacturer. With the receipt of all documents for the produced raw materials.
C) 20% of the cost of each batch of the vessel when loading raw materials on: Ship, Truck, railway wagon, on the basis of: BILL of LADING.
✅ Certificates are issued by accredited laboratories of SGS, NIC.
✅ The accumulation of Flour in a Free Warehouse, with a volume of 7,500 tons, is 30 working days.
✅ The accumulation of Sunflower Oil in a Free Warehouse, with a volume of 5000 tons, is 30 working days.
✅ Logistics Motor Transport, railway wagons, Transshipment at the Seaport, Ship Freight-is determined directly with Logistics Companies (price, terms).
