Anthony Richardson has 6 turnovers only 3 weeks into the NFL season. Richardson, who was picked 4th overall by the Colts, was deemed a project QB that was years away from being able to start in the NFL, and so far, that's exactly what he has looked like. Starting a raw, incomplete project QB and immediately thrusting him into the starting position is a recipe for complete failure in the NFL, and more times than not ends up with said project QB being a bust because of simple mismanagement.
