How to Update Properties of Boundaries in Ansys Fluent Watertight Geometry Workflow – Lesson 3

Описание к видео How to Update Properties of Boundaries in Ansys Fluent Watertight Geometry Workflow – Lesson 3

The video lesson shows how to use the Update Boundaries task to define, review, or modify the properties of boundaries in the Ansys Fluent Meshing watertight geometry workflow. The watertight geometry workflow in Ansys Fluent Meshing is a guided workflow designed to quickly mesh any clean watertight geometry. The guided workflow directs users through a step-by-step process of simple, intuitive inputs. Behind the scenes, Fluent Meshing uses built-in intelligence and automation to create a high-quality computational fluid dynamics (CFD) mesh. In this video, we will learn how to use the Update Boundaries task to edit the properties of any defined boundaries in the computational model. Using an example, we will specifically look at how to modify the boundary name and type. We will also demonstrate how to display boundaries in the graphics window. Finally, we will learn how to merge boundary zones with an example.
