We've known Stefan Rossi for a number of years now, and his work at ACE Racing Engines is something to behold. He's an engine builder who never rests on his laurels, and is always pushing himself and his engines to new levels. Case in point, he's developed a partnership with Noonan Race Engineering to utilize their billet blocks on his LS engine builds like this 427 cubic inch LS for a drag-and-drive application.
