I was stationed on Johnston Island from 1990 to 1991. I borrowed a buddy's video camera one day and shot this video. I had a love/hate relationship with the place. I was wrapping up my three-year Army commitment and was anxious to get back to college and get my life started. I hated the isolation but I was young and now that I'm older there's rarely a day that goes by that I don't miss that place. Weird.
