At 61! How's MARK AGUIRRE Not HOF? Stunted Growth

Let's take it back for a sec. In the 80s and early 90s there weren't many better offensive weapons than Mark Aguirre. He was deadly in high school, college and in the NBA. His accolades are really too much to name. Just know that if you think of an ammeter award, he's probably won it before. He averaged a career high 29.5ppg in 83-84 and averaged 20 or more 7 times in his 14 year career. He finished with averages of exactly 20ppg, 5 rebounds and 3 assist. Much better than Hall of Fame inductees we shall not name.
I understand that life goes like that sometimes, but seeing Mark smell his flowers while he can is something many hoop fans are waiting on.
What lesson can be learned from his story? Well, expand your game, always have a great attitude (although I like his) and make yourself undeniable.. To me Mark is though. Hopefully he's recognize sooner rather than later. Mark Aguirre.. How's he not Hall Of Fame?
