It is an innocuous looking terrace house from the outside but boy was it huge when we did a site visit! It has 4 storeys, 5 bedrooms, an entertainment lounge and an indoor swimming pool. In addition to deep cleaning the entire house, we were also required to jet wash the indoor pool, fumigate and fog the bedrooms with a special solution formulated to rid the rooms of formaldehyde smell left over from the renovation. As the owner wanted to move in before the coming Chinese New Year, we were requested to help in unpacking and organising their belongings in their cabinets. It took a crew of 6 over 3 days to get the job done, much to the satisfaction of the proud house owner.
