Genshin is a gacha waifu collection game. Furina may be meta but her last few cons ain't meta enough in a game where water dragon and scythe wielding hilichurl exists. Sigewinne too does not offer much unless you are getting her to c6 as burst dps. Ultimately, pull for what you would use the most throughout the game and have fun.
