𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗔

1 Raw Spaghetti 150 grams
2 Water 1 liter.
3 Oil 2 tbsp.
4 Salt 1 tbsp.
5 Black Pepper a pinch

𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗔

6 Oil 3 tbsp.
7 Sliced Garlic 1 tbsp.
8 Milk 1/3 cup
9 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 1 dip cup
10 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼 1dip cup
11 Oregano 1 tsp.
12 Chilli flakes ½ tsp.
13 Boiled Spaghetti 150 gm
14 Salt to taste
15 Cream 2 tbsp.
16 Cheese 50 gm
17 Fresh parsley leaves 1/4 cup

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻---
𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗔
1. Heat 1 liter water along with salt and oil in a pan.
2. Then add 150 gm Spaghetti.
3. On a medium to high flame, cook till the pasta is done. You can choose to cook the pasta till al dente or can cook it completely.
4. In a colander, drain the pasta and keep aside. And add a pinch of black pepper powder, toss well so the oil coats well to avoid from sticking to each other.
𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗔
5. Set a pan on medium heat, add oil then add garlic, sauté it for a minute.
6. Add Foodcoast 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼 & 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 and milk and whisk continuously, Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes or until it starts to thicken slightly.
7. Next add oregano and chilli flakes, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
8. Next, add the boiled spaghetti, salt to taste, cream and cheese, mix gently until cheese melts.
9. Finish it with adding some freshly chopped parsley leaves, your creamy tandoori spaghetti is ready to be served.
