Didn't know that there is an S rank in this game but yeah i guess i found that out randomly I'm guessing you have to not save and not die throughout the whole playthrough. Sorry for playing badly later in the game i started to forget things and forgot the child emblem so i had to go back to grab it. I only grabbed collectibles tied to achievements.
