At Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat, you will experience the spiritual elements of holistic health, mindfulness, and meditation to promote wellness and spiritual awakening. That is because these spiritual practices are the core elements that form the foundation of Tao principles. All retreat programs and holistic practices empower guests to naturally heal, create inner peace, manage stress, live mindfully, and live in balance with nature. Our spiritual retreats teach tools for holistic health that promote overall wellness naturally. Our mindfulness living community shares spiritual guidance and experiential holistic practices.

Our Practice

Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat offers a variety of spiritual programs that guide you to a balanced lifestyle through mindful living. Spiritual principles shared through our many programs offer instruction on meditation, Ki energy, and natural healing. These principles center on the three bodies: the physical body, the energy body (chakra), and the spiritual body. The Tao perspective emphasizes that complete health and happiness begin and end with the chakra energy body.

Our goal is to provide techniques, knowledge, and practice to empower individuals and groups to live authentically. Our programs, by nature, are healing, inspiring and transformative. Our spiritual retreat center is open to individuals and groups. Our programs are offered to all levels, with no prior practice or spiritual training required.
